STONEWARE MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY

✔️MOLD PREPARATION: The porcelain clay mixture is properly prepared, then placed into a specific mold and left for about 2-3 hours until it rises.

✔️DRYING: The drying and hardening of the porcelain clay mixture usually takes about a day. This process can take shorter or longer depending on the size of the dish.

✔️CLEANING AND FIRING: First, the product is cleaned of fine dust and fired at approximately 900 degrees Celsius. After cooling, any remaining dirt is removed, and then the item is glazed and fired at 1200 degrees Celsius.

✔️COOLING: The product cools down slowly and gradually (takes several hours). Sudden contact between a hot dish and cold air could quickly damage its surface. The finished product then goes to satisfied customers.
