Rules for unpacking and first use of the mattress;

1 Unpack the mattress immediately after receiving the parcel;

The mattress is factory rolled and vacuum compressed. It should not be stored in the transport packaging for a long time, as this may affect the process of proper expansion.

2 Open the package carefully – without the use of sharp tools at the surface of the mattress;

Use scissors or a knife to cut the film, taking special care not to damage the cover or cartridge. Mechanical damage caused during unpacking is not subject to complaint.

3 Allow the mattress to fully expand for a minimum of 48 hours

Once unpacked, the mattress may need time to return to its target height and properties. It is recommended to leave it on a flat surface, without load, in a well-ventilated room.

4 Use before full expansion

It is not recommended to use the mattress within 48 hours of unpacking.
