The subject of the auction is a 7 cm thick zoned mattress topper, which you can spread on your existing mattress, sofa bed or any place in the house. It consists of 6 cm T2550 hard polyurethane foam (25 kg/m3- H4) with a reinforced structure. It provides adequate cushioning, has an airy structure, is hard but elastic. Thanks to the cutouts, the mattress perfectly adapts to the shape of our body, and the air channels created perfectly dissipate excess heat during sleep. Too high temperature, lack of ventilation and limitation of heat exchange are the most common causes of sleeping problems at night. The insets in the foam with each movement cause a gentle pressure on our body, improving circulation and giving a feeling of massage. The topper will be perfect both at home and in a hotel or guest house.

The whole is complemented by a finely quilted, three-layer, membrane cover made of microfibre fabric with hypoallergenic properties, with at least a two-sided zipper and rubber bands ensuring perfect retention of the topper on the mattress or sofa bed.

We always give two values that characterize polyurethane foam. The first means the weight in m3 (the higher, the denser the foam is and the mattress will retain its shape longer and allow for a comfortable sleep). Only the second value means hardness (the higher it is, the harder the mattress). Remember that we pay for 1 kg of foam in m3, and most sellers do not specify the specific density of the foam they use (how many m3 in 1 kg)! In REM-Sen higher quality does not go hand in hand with a higher price of the mattress!

Why mattresses from REM-Sen ???

We are in the 21st century. Almost everything is available on the market, but the quantity of products offered does not usually go hand in hand with their quality. It's the same with mattresses. To ensure a low final price of the products, the components used in their production are usually of poor quality, from the cover made of materials from Asia (often containing harmful substances) to the foam. Three things count in the foam: 1) DENSITY, 2) DENSITY, 3) DENSITY…!!! If the foam is light, with the same volume, it means only one thing. Instead of a dense, sufficiently strong structure, we have air! And let's not confuse this with the hardness of the mattress. A soft mattress can also be very dense, thus providing great resilience. There are foams corresponding to the hardness of H2, which weigh over 40kg / m3! Foam is a bit like bread. Let's remember what the bread from our childhood looked like (does not apply to millennials ;), i.e. those born in the 21st century). Apart from the fact that it tasted different (much better), it was super thick and even when it was crushed while cutting, it quickly came back to its original shape. And today? Market, often frozen bread, is inflated with air. Once upon a time, a loaf of bread weighed up to a kilogram. Today, the same-looking one does not weigh even half of it, and when we cut it, we crush it, irretrievably destroying its structure. It's the same with polyurethane foam. Not only do many sellers overestimate its parameters (just weigh the mattress, and with a simple action calculate what its weight should be according to the specification and compare these two values), they only give one marking, e.g. T25, T30… After all, each wetsuit has two values. The first is density (weight in m3) and the second is hardness (rebound in kilopascals). Those who give only one designation often bend reality and the lightweight T2030 foam, completely unsuitable for the production of mattresses (with a weak structure that is easily and quickly deformed), suddenly becomes T25 foam. Who of us will come up with the idea of weighing the purchased mattress???? And that's exactly what dishonest sellers are counting on. After a year, the purchased mattress is only suitable for the trash, our backs suffer, and we believe that it should look like this and since we paid little for the mattress, there is nothing to complain about. After all, a good mattress cannot cost as much as a pair of shoes. Let us remember that we spend 1/3 of our lives in bed, and the purchased mattress should serve us slightly for 10 years (more often, however, it should be replaced more for hygienic reasons, mites, microorganisms, etc. ).
