The French press system is the easiest way to brew aromatic coffee with a rich flavor.

1. Place the BISTRO NOUVEAU coffee maker on a flat surface, hold the handle firmly and pull the plunger out of the carafe.
2. Add one full teaspoon or one scoop of Bodum coarsely ground coffee for each cup (4 oz) of water.
3. Pour hot (about 92 to 96ºC) water into the carafe, leaving a minimum of 2,5 cm (1 inch) at the top, then stir with a plastic or wooden spoon.
4. Place the plunger at the top of the jug and twist the lid to close the spout to maintain temperature.
5. Leave to infuse for four minutes, then slowly lower the plunger. Twist the lid to open the spout, and pour yourself a cup of delicious coffee.
6. Before first use, wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. All items are dishwasher safe.
