The osmotic membrane is the most important component of any reverse osmosis system. It separates all impurities from the water very accurately, making it crystal clear. The final degree of purity of water reaches up to 99,8%.
The membrane is made of many layers of artificial material of different thickness, including polyamide. Water, when it enters the chamber, pressurizes, which forces it to flow inside the membrane. Through the microscopic pores of the filter layers, water gets deeper and gradually separates impurities from each other. Under pressure, clean water is collected in the mandrel as ready for consumption, and impurities are flushed out into the sewer.
Suitable for all RO5/RO6/RO7 reverse osmosis systems available on the market, etc.
The maximum efficiency of the membrane is achieved in conditions of 4,0 – 4,5 bar, working with water at a temperature. 23°C.
