3-YEAR WARRANTY PROGRAM

In addition to the standard warranty, Makita offers an additional extended warranty. By registering a tool or battery free of charge, you can extend the warranty:

• for tools up to 3 years (36 months)
• for batteries up to 2 years (24 months)

The extended warranty period starts from the date of sale (date on the proof of sale).

Because the screwdriver comes from the dismantling of the Makita set in accordance with the new Makita rules, you will not be able to register it yourself for an extended warranty on the Makita Poland website.

However, you do not lose anything, because together with the warranty card you will receive a certificate of extended 3-year warranty issued by our Store.

Warranty Claims During the Warranty Period

Warranty service is provided via Door-to-Door service (at no extra cost to the user).

✅ During the warranty period:

• 12 months (for business purchases)
• 24 months (for consumer purchases)

Simply submit a claim:

• to the service center - by submitting a free courier order on the MAKITA website: https://www.makita.pl/formularz-wysyłkowy.html
• to the store - the store will then arrange for the faulty tool to be picked up by the service center on your behalf.
