RINSING SLURRY with a diameter of 133 mm

Automatic flushing slurry differs from ordinary slurry by a connection to which pressurized water or compressed air can be connected. The work of the rinse slurry consists in connecting water or compressed air and lowering it on the rope to the bottom of the dug well.

Rinsing slurry saves a lot of energy during the slurry process. Our only action is to put the slurry down to the well and unscrew the water.

NOTE leave 20 cm of loose rope and well protect against further falling. An unprotected slurry can fall below the casing pipe and tilt to lock at the bottom of the well.

The slurry is made of a massive, thick-walled pipe with a wall thickness of 4 mm and a weight of approx. 5 kg.

Flap made of very strong rubber reinforced with canvas, screwed with two screws with self-control nuts. The pipe was cut under the account of 45 degrees, thanks to which a tooth was created to break the excavation at the bottom of the well.

The slurry is ideal for casing pipes such as:

• sewer pipes fi 160mm
• well pipes fi 160mm (blue well pipes)

Of course, it is also possible to slurry in a 200 mm pipe.

The slurry is equipped with a 1/2" hose quick coupler. As a standard, water is used as a rinsing medium - from the network or from the tank, In cases where we do not have access to water, we can use compressed air instead, which has the same effect as water and this method is equally efficient.

To significantly facilitate the slurry process, we also recommend wells used to load pipes and an attachment thanks to which it is possible to build a drill tripod based on a rod.
