1 Does the robot really wash or just smear dirt?

The robot cleans the surface with microfiber cloths and even movement over the glass, mirror or tile. With normal dirt, it removes dust, marks, light stains and everyday sediment.

With very dirty windows, e.g. After winter, it is best to do cleaning in stages: the first cycle collects the main dirt, and the second cycle on clean cloths improves the effect and reduces streaks.

2 Do I need to wash the glass by hand beforehand?

No, with standard dirt, you do not need to wash the glass by hand beforehand. The robot takes over the main part of the cleaning.

If the glass is very dirty, greasy or long unwashed, it is worth spraying it with liquid and after the first cycle replace the cloths with clean ones. This prevents you from spreading old dirt across the surface.

3 Can it handle windows after winter?

Yes, but with a large amount of dust, dust and stains, the best effect is to work in two steps.

First, the robot collects the main layer of dirt, and then, after changing the cloths, you can run a second cycle for a better finish. It’s still much less work than manually washing the entire surface from start to finish.

4 Is it suitable for shower enclosure and water sludge?

Yes, the robot can be used on smooth shower enclosure windows. It works well for regular cleaning of stains and sediment from water.

With an old, hard stone, it is worth using a stone agent beforehand. The robot helps to distribute cleaning and collect dirt, but it does not replace the descaling preparation with a firmly fixed sediment.

5 Does the robot work on frameless windows?

The robot can work on smooth surfaces, but with frameless windows you need to be extremely careful and always use a safety rope. Sensors help detect edges, but it is worth making sure that the surface is suitable and stable before use.

6 Does the robot wash corners?

The robot cleans the main surface of the glass, mirror or tile. A short manual fix may be needed at the corners themselves, as the cleaning pads have a round shape.

In practice, the device performs the most time-consuming part of the work, and manually there are possibly small places at the edges.

7 Can the cloths be washed?

Yes. Microfiber cloths can be washed and reused. It is best to wash them in approx. 40°C, no rinsing liquid so that they do not lose their cleaning properties.

8 Are there streaks left after work?

Streaks most often appear when you use too much liquid, the cloths are already dirty or the surface was very dirty.

That's why the set includes 10 cloths that you can change them during work. Pure microfiber gives a better effect and reduces the need for corrections.

9 Is it possible to leave a robot completely unattended?

The robot works automatically, but it should not be left completely unattended, especially on the first use, windows at height or unusual surfaces.

It is best to start the device and control its work nearby.
