The JD series amplifiers from JL Audio for beginners use the latest JL Audio technology and rich equipment, offering fantastic value for money. The amplifiers use NexD™ technology, providing excellent sound quality and high performance. This reduces heat emission and allows for compact JD amplifier sizes.
The controls are located on the input panel, and the power and speaker connectors are located at the opposite end of the extruded aluminum housing.

The JD250/1 controls are located on the input panel, and the power and speaker connectors can be found on the opposite side of the extruded aluminum housing. Signal processing functions include a 12 dB/octave low-pass filter, with smooth frequency control in the range of 50-500 Hz and a variable bass boost equalizer.
Dual-band, balanced differential inputs are also available, capable of receiving signals at the linear and speaker levels.
Auto-on function (by signal detection or DC offset detection) is standard, along with a set of preamplifier outputs, so you can easily transmit signals to another amplifier.
The JD250/1 is also equipped with a built-in LED indicator ring, surrounding the input sensitivity controller. This useful feature allows you to easily set the input sensitivity of the amplifier, quickly and accurately, without special equipment. When you add the RBC-1 remote level controller (sold separately), you can control the subwoofer level from the driver's seat.
