1. Is the kit ready to go right out of the box? Yes, this is a complete XXL set. In the package you will find a device, two charged 21V batteries, a mains charger and a starter kit of accessories (sponges, fur, sandpaper). You don’t have to buy anything to start.

2. How are sponges and polishing discs fixed? All accessories are fastened with strong Velcro. Replacing the sponge with polishing fur or sandpaper takes literally a few seconds and does not require the use of any additional tools.

3. Does the polisher fit sponges from other manufacturers? Yes, the device has a standard resistance plate with a diameter of 145 mm with Velcro fastening. You can easily buy universal polishing pads and sponges available on the market.

4. What are the two batteries included for? Two batteries guarantee continuity of operation. When you work on the first, the second can be connected to the charger. It is an ideal solution for longer processes, such as full polishing of the car body.

5. Does the device have speed control? Yes, the polisher is equipped with smooth speed control in the range from 7000 to 13000 RPM. This allows you to easily adjust the speed to suit your specific task, from gentle waxing to intense scratch polishing.

Step 1: Preparing the power supply 🔋

Although batteries may have a factory charge, we recommend that you fully charge them before the first use to maintain their full life.

1. Plug the AC adapter into an outlet.
2. Plug the charger plug into the socket in the battery.
3. Once fully charged (according to the indicator on the charger/battery), disconnect the power supply. Remember: You have two batteries included – charge both to enjoy uninterrupted operation!

Step 2: Installation of accessories 🧽

Your polisher is equipped with a universal 145 mm plate with Velcro fastening, which guarantees instant change of overlays.

1. Make sure that the device is turned off and the battery removed from the device.
2. Choose the right overlay (orange wax/paste sponge, white fur to finish).
3. Apply the cap centrally to the resistance plate and press evenly. Tip: Equal (central) sponge sticking prevents the device from vibrating when working with high rotations.

Step 3: Startup and work 🚀

1. Slide the charged battery into the rail at the bottom of the handle until you hear a clear click of the lock.
2. Before turning on the device, apply a small amount of polishing paste or wax to the sponge and gently spread it over the body element with the engine off.
3. Turn on the device at lowest speed (approx. 7000 RPM). This will allow you to accurately distribute the center without the effect of splashing it sideways.
4. Once the center is distributed, you can smoothly increase the rotational speed (up to 13000 RPM) using the regulator, adapting it to your needs.

Step 4: After completion of work 🧹

1. Turn off the device and remove the battery.
2. Peel off the sponge/fur from the Velcro. Polishing pads should be washed in warm water with the addition of mild detergent and allowed to dry – they will last much longer!
3. Wipe the device with a dry or slightly damp cloth from dust and paste residue.

Taking care of your safety and long and trouble-free operation of the device, please follow the following guidelines.

1. Personal safety

• Eye and respiratory protection: Use safety glasses and a dust mask when working (especially when using the included sandpaper).
• Appropriate clothing: Work in adjacent clothing. Avoid loose sleeves, ties or jewelry that can be pulled in by a spinning plate. Long hair should be securely fastened.
• Stable posture: Always hold the device securely, ensuring stable foot support, which will allow for proper response in the event of a sudden of the machine.

2. Safe operation of the device

• Disconnecting the power supply: Always remove the battery from the polisher before replacing the sponges, fur, sandpaper and before any maintenance work.
• Proper installation of accessories: Before each start, make sure that the polishing pad is fixed on the Velcro centrally and stably. Uneven insertion of the sponge will cause strong vibrations that can damage the equipment or varnish.
• Protection against moisture: The power tool is not waterproof. It is forbidden to use the polisher in the rain and on wet surfaces. Store your equipment in a dry place.
• Starting: Always turn the device on and off when the sponge adheres to the polished surface. This will prevent splashing of polishing paste and uncontrolled ejection of the overlay.

3. Li-Ion batteries and power

• Dedicated charger: Use only the network charger included in the kit. The use of substitutes with other parameters threatens fire or permanent damage to the cells.
• Thermal safety: Do not charge batteries below 0°C or above 40°C. Do not leave batteries in areas exposed to direct sunlight (e.g. on the dashboard in a heated car) or near fire sources.
• Long-term storage: If the equipment is not used for a long time, store the batteries disconnected from the device. They best retain their lifespan when they are charged to about 50-60%.

4. Working environment

• Take care of order and good lighting of the workspace.
• When working with automotive chemistry (cutting pastes, waxes, cleaners) in enclosed spaces, such as a garage, ensure adequate air ventilation.
