It consists of two baskets and a lid, which allows you to prepare smaller portions of dishes in the traditional way.

One basket is designed for approx. two small portions or one larger portion.

Application and method of use

The steamer is designed for steaming using a pot or wok.

Basic rules of use:

• Rinse thoroughly with water before first use
• set on a pot or wok with water (water level 2 to 3 cm below the bottom of the steamer)
• Cook over medium heat until boiling
• evenly distribute products in baskets
• optionally use steaming paper or baking paper

Care and use

After cooking:

• leave the food for a few minutes in a pair until “accessed”
• carefully remove the steamer (hot steam)
• wash with water without detergents
• thoroughly dry in a ventilated place

Regular drying and proper care help keep bamboo in good condition and prevent moisture and mold from forming.
