Bamboo steamer allows you to prepare vegetables, dumplings, fish, meat and other dishes using the cooking on cook method.

The two-level design allows simultaneous cooking of various ingredients, and the natural bambus refers to the classic techniques used in Asian cuisine.

Care and use

After cooking:

• leave the food for a few minutes in a pair until “accessed”
• carefully remove the steamer (hot steam)
• wash with water without detergents
• thoroughly dry in a ventilated place

Regular drying and proper care help keep bamboo in good condition and prevent moisture and mold from forming.

Application and method of use

The steamer is designed for steaming using a pot or wok.

Basic rules of use:

• Rinse thoroughly with water before first use
• set on a pot or wok with water (water level 2 to 3 cm below the bottom of the steamer)
• Cook over medium heat until boiling
• evenly distribute products in baskets
• optionally use steaming paper or baking paper
