WAY OF USE:

Pour a few centimeters of water into the wok or pot (the pot must fit the diameter into the evaporator), boil and reduce the gas. Set a 15cm bamboo evaporator filled with cooking products (can not be stuffed too densely, there must be room for steam flow) and cover with a lid. Cook until the products are ready (according to the recipe).

Important: Before the first use, the evaporator should be gently washed with water alone. The steamer is made of natural bamboo, therefore, during the first cooking, the color of boiling water will be light brown. Water coloration is harmless to health.
