Application

The two-level steamer allows to prepare several portions at once. One basket holds two small portions or one larger one. The construction with metal reinforcements increases resistance to use.

It works well for steaming in a wok or pot, as well as for serving potraw.

User Guide

• Before the first use, rinse the steamer thoroughly with water to remove dust and prepare it for operation.
• Fill the wok or pot with water so that its level is 2 to 3 cm below the bottom of the steamer – water should not touch it.
• Bring water to a boil over medium heat. Arrange the food evenly in the baskets so that the couple can circulate freely. You can use steamer paper or baking paper.
• Place the steamer on a wok or pot and cover tightly with a lid.
• The cooking time depends on the type of food. Control the water level and refill it with hot water if necessary.
• After cooking, turn off the fire and leave the food in the steam for a few minutes.
• Remove the steamer carefully (e.g. in kitchen gloves), then remove the food and serve.

Care

After use, thoroughly rinse the steamer and leave it to dry in a well-ventilated area to prevent moisture and mold buildup, and to extend its lifespan.
