In water with a temperature above 20 degrees Celsius, there is an increased growth of bacteria and germs. The higher the temperature, the faster the development. To inhibit this process, oxidizing agents in the form of organic and inorganic chlorine compounds (in the form of granules or tablets) or preparations based on active oxygen are used. These substances “burn” microorganisms and thus disinfect the water in the basin. The ideal concentration of free chlorine is 0,6 – 1,0 mg/l (the active oxygen content should be greater than 5 mg/l).

Dosage occurs appropriately after dissolving the powder in the calculated amount in a plastic bucket and pouring it into the pool in many places. When using automatic dosing, it is recommended to use 20% solution.
