Innovative and specialized new adhesive DR.BOAT 2 W 1 (glue and liquid patch) with cold welding effect for repairing PVC products. It can be used to glue inflatables, swimming pools, tarpaulins, etc.

This kit fits the repair of SUP boards of such brands as: Movino, AQUASTIC, Tsunami, Aqua marina, SANDOS, Evander, Thunder, Gymrex, Bestway, Mistral

Main advantages and differences from other adhesives:

The glue is specialized. The adhesive formula is formulated so that it can be used to repair items used in fresh and salt water.

It can be used as a standard adhesive for gluing patches or as a liquid patch.

During gluing does not require hardener and heating.

After drying, it retains the strength and flexibility of the glued object.

It is sturdy and flexible.

Important! If the adhesive is used, transported or stored in the cold season at a temperature below + 18°C, put the glue on the room heater or in hot water (about 50 - 60°C) for 2 - 3 hours before use.

Brief instructions:

Variation with patch:

Degrease thoroughly glued surfaces. Lubricate the patch and glued object with a thin layer of glue. We apply the patch to the glued object and press it down and hold it for 1 min. The minimum drying time is 6 hours but it is best to wait 24 hours.

Variant without the use of a summer:

Degrease the damaged area.

The glued object should be protected from movement.

Lubricate the damaged area with a thick layer on the surface 1 cm larger than the damage.

We wait 20 minutes.

We put on a second thick layer.

After 5 hours, we remove the protection against movement and after 24 hours the glued object can be used.

In the case of major damage (cutting above 3 cm), the repair is carried out using a reinforcing mesh, which is complete with glue. We prepare a net 2 cm larger than the damage. We thoroughly degrease the surface. Apply glue to the damaged area and push it into the mesh. After 20 minutes, apply the adhesive again on a surface 1,5 cm larger than the previous layer. Glued place achieves sufficient strength after 24 hours

*Reinforcement mesh

Reinforcement mesh with a length of 20 cm and a width of 5 cm.

Used to strengthen or repair together with liquid PVC Patch, Liquid PVC Ulow, Dr. Boat inflatables glue, etc.

We recommend using this mesh when repairing slits or holes over 2 cm.

Usage:

1) Clean and grease the damaged area.

2) Apply the grid.

3) Apply a layer of liquid PVC in advance.

It is important to apply liquid PVC at least 1 cm wider than the edges of the mesh on each side.

You should also wait a few hours after repair before using the equipment we repair.

The mesh will form a uniform layer with liquid PVC and the repaired place will be strengthened to a degree exceeding the original strength of the equipment.
