Dolphin S300i is the most technically advanced vacuum cleaner in the S-SERIES family designed for cleaning all types of private pools up to 12 m in length.

The vacuum cleaner effectively cleans and vacuums the bottom, walls and water line of the pool. Systematic use of the vacuum cleaner removes most impurities from the pool, including organic ones, which significantly reduces the use of chemical preparations for pool water treatment.

All contaminants are collected in a filter basket easily accessible from the top of the vacuum cleaner. The basket can be rinsed repeatedly under running water.

Depending on the needs, we can use a rough basket with mesh inserts (100 µm), mainly for spring cleaning of swimming pools or an ultra-accurate basket with cartridges (50 µm), which stops the smallest impurities. It is also possible to use both filter baskets at the same time, which provides a two-stage filtration system.

 

Dolphin S300i has two PVC brushes. An ordinary brush is placed on the back of the vacuum cleaner, while there is an active brush on the front. It rotates at twice the speed of the traction belt drive wheels ensuring effective cleaning of the bottom, walls and water line of the pool.

Returns of the vacuum cleaner at the bottom of the pool and longitudinal cleaning of the water line are provided by the unique PowerStream system.

It uses an actuator-controlled rotary steering wheel to change the direction of the water jet outlet on the left or right side of the vacuum cleaner. This allows you to change the direction of travel on the bottom of the pool, or move the vacuum cleaner on the wall along the water line.

The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a microprocessor control and diagnostic system with software ensuring reliable scanning of the entire bottom and walls of the pool during the work cycle. The vacuum cleaner works fully automatically in pools of various sizes and shapes, including swimming pools with shallows (beaches).

The vacuum cleaner has an advanced digital power supply, which via Bluetooth technology can work with a smartphone equipped with the Android 4.3 (or higher) or iOS 6 (or higher) operating system.

After downloading the free MyDolphinTM (Maytronics) application to your smartphone from the Google Play store (www.play.google.com) or Apple store (www.itunes.apple.com), it is possible to manually control the movements of the vacuum cleaner via a button on the screen or by tilting the smartphone.

In addition, the following operating parameters of the vacuum cleaner can be programmed:

• weekly clock (repeated start of work at the selected time on the selected day of the week),
• length of work cycle (1,5/2/2,5 hrs. ),
• delay in turning on the vacuum cleaner (from 1 to 6 hours) ) allowing contaminants to fall to the bottom of the pool after turning off the pool pump,
• types of scanning (cleaning):
• only the bottom - the usual cleaning of the bottom and corners of the pool.
• only water line – cleaning only the walls and water line of the pool,
• fast - faster cleaning,
• regular - cleaning the bottom and walls of the pool,
• ultra-cleaning - cleaning only the bottom of the pool (slower movements of the vacuum cleaner),

In order to facilitate operation, signal diodes have been installed on the front of the vacuum cleaner.

During the cleaning cycle, the diodes flash different colors indicating the working status of the vacuum cleaner:

• LEDs flash blue – normal operation of the vacuum cleaner,
• LEDs flash red – the filter basket is dirty and needs cleaning,
• LEDs flash green – the vacuum cleaner is remotely controlled using a smartphone (Bluetooth).

The S300i vacuum cleaner comes with a trolley for transporting and storing the vacuum cleaner.

The design of the vacuum cleaner is very simple, so periodic inspections and replacement of worn parts are not a big problem (DIY technology – do it yourself – do it yourself).
