The ATH-M50xBT2 wireless on-ear headphones are the second generation of the acclaimed M-series model from the Japanese brand Audio-Technica. The designers have equipped the latest design with 45-mm drivers that offer sound similar to the legendary studio headphones of this manufacturer – the ATH-M50x model. The latest version of wireless over-ear headphones includes many key improvements, m.in. Multi-point pairing mode, improved USB-C connection and improved speech signal processing to ensure better phone call quality.

Engaging listening experience

Based on the acclaimed sound of the ATH-M50x wired on-ear headphones, the M50xBT offers similar studio-quality sound. The drivers used in these Bluetooth headphones provide a thrilling and accurate bass for an engaging listening experience. The designers also reached for premium components, such as the advanced AK4331 digital-to-analog converter and the built-in internal headphone amplifier, resulting in great, natural sound.

Crystal clear communication

The ATH-M50xBT2 wireless on-ear headphones boast two omnidirectional MEMS (microelectromechanical) microphones and the use of beamforming technology. This translates into improved speech signal processing, which in turn has had a positive impact on the quality of audio calls. By pressing the appropriate button, you can conveniently mute the microphone sound or access the voice assistant.

With its multi-point pairing feature, the headphones can stay connected to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously, making it easier to switch between them. In addition, the ATH-M50xBT2 supports Fast Pair, which enables faster pairing of headphones with Android-based mobile devices.

The latest wireless headphones can now work up to 50 hours. on a single charge, making them one of the longest running wireless models on the market. It is also worth paying attention to the fast charging function, because just 10 minutes of charging the headphones via USB-C provides the headphones with about 3 hours of wireless operation. It takes about 3,5 hours to fully charge the battery. Bluetooth headphones ATH-M50xBT2 can also be used as a wired model – just use the included 1,2 m audio cable terminated with a 3,5 mm jack plug.

Convenient control

You can personalize and customize the performance of the ATH-M50xBT2 Bluetooth On-Ear Headphones via the Audio-Technica Connect app. With its help, you can, for example. activate Low Latency Mode (LLM) Low Latency Mode), which minimizes delays in audio signal transmission. As a result, it manages to keep the sound synchronized with the image, ensuring smooth streaming. This mode is also great for gaming.

The app also provides options like m.in. Setting the sound correction, modifying the volume balance between the two headphones – left and right – and choosing a voice assistant. There is also Side Tone mode, which allows you to listen to your own voice in headphones during phone calls or video calls.
