1. Update of software:

Update your headphone software with a pop-up window in the Tronsmart app or in the 'Update Software' section of the app settings menu.

2. Reset:

Press and hold the 'Volume +' and 'Volume -' buttons for 5 seconds to reset the headphones.

3. Sounfii Q20S cannot be used while charging.

4. Automatic shutdown:

By default, the headphones turn off automatically after 30 minutes of no audio signal or connection.
