The WL1 works with the car's factory screen, speakers, and microphone. You keep a familiar CarPlay or Android Auto interface and the controls available in the car: touch screen, knob and steering wheel buttons, depending on the equipment. The way you connect to your phone is changing, and the daily service remains familiar.

Navigation leads, music plays, and calls are answered through the car system. Use compatible apps for maps, listening to songs and podcasts, conversations and news. The phone can lie in the bag, stay in the holder or on the wireless charger if the car has it.

Tell me where you want to go. Siri in CarPlay or an assistant supported by your phone in Android Auto will help you search for an address, start a route, call a contact, select music or dictate a message. The availability of applications, voice commands and controls depends on the phone and the car’s multimedia system.

⚡ Two systems in one adapter

One WL1 supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. This is also a practical solution when drivers use different phones. The adapter works with the system available in a given car and phone.

Bluetooth 5.4 is responsible for detecting the device and starting the connection. Proper data transmission of CarPlay or Android Auto is done via WiFi. WL1 supports WiFi 6 in the 2,4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, and OTA updates allow you to update your software according to your device's instructions.

☝ Simple connection and convenient operation of two phones

Connect the built-in USB-C plug to the data port of your car that supports wired CarPlay or Android Auto. Turn on Bluetooth and WiFi on your phone, pair it with your Qerk-WL1-XXXX device and accept booting. On subsequent trips, the WL1 automatically resumes connecting to the saved phone when its Bluetooth and WiFi are turned on.

Functional button for easy operation:

✅ A short press switches between two remembered phones. With one saved phone, it disconnects or reconnects the call.

✅ Holding for about 5 seconds and letting go turns off the LED backlight.

✅ Holding for more than 10 seconds restores factory settings and removes saved phones.

Green LED stands for CarPlay, blue Android Auto. Slow flashing signals waiting for the phone, and light continuous active connection. Set up and switch your phone at a standstill.

BLACK is a universal look and discretion. The smooth black front blends in with the dark elements of the console, while the aluminum casing gives the device a sleek finish. The adapter remains a small addition that easily fits into the style of the car.

The car must support factory wired Apple CarPlay or Android Auto via the USB-C data port. These features are available on select models of Audi, BMW, Citroën, Fiat, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Jeep, Kia, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Opel, Peugeot, Renault, SEAT, Šcode, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo. They decide the model, year, equipment and multimedia system, not the car brand itself.

Apple CarPlay: iPhone 6 or later with iOS 10.0 or later. Examples of families include iPhone 6, 7, 8, X, XR, XS, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and later models that support CarPlay.

Android Auto: compatible phone with active data transmission and 5 GHz WiFi. Recommended Android 11.0 or later; some compatible Android 10.0 phones may also work. Examples of families include Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, Motorola, OnePlus and OPPO. It is required to support Android Auto by a specific phone and its software.

Before buying, check the operation via cable: after connecting the phone to the car on its factory screen, CarPlay or Android Auto should start. WL1 does not add these systems to a car that does not support them. A charging port is not enough.
