Can the blender handle frozen fruit, ice and nuts?

Yes. The 300-watt motor and 6 blades crush ice, frozen foods and nuts without any problems. For best results, add a small amount of liquid and use PULSE mode. With hard ingredients, use the “upside down” method: turn the blender turned upside down and turn it to the vertical only when the blades gain speed.

What is the correct order of insertion of ingredients?

Always pour liquids (milk, water, juice) first, then add soft ingredients or powders (e.g. protein supplement), and at the very end frozen fruit and ice. This prevents the blades from blocking and the powders from sticking to the bottom.

Can hot liquids or sodas be mixed in a blender?

No. Do not mix liquids above 50°C or carbonated or fermenting beverages. In a closed container, pressure increases, which can lead to leakage or damage to the seals.

How to properly turn on the blender (panel does not respond)?

To wake the device from sleep, hold the power button for a full 2 seconds (the display will display the value “00”). Only then select BLEND or PULSE mode. The touch panel responds best to dry hands.

Is there a charger included?

Yes. The set includes an induction charging station and a USB-C cable. Note: the induction station is only used to charge the blender and do not put phones on it.

How long does the battery last and how long does it last to charge?

The powerful 7800 mAh battery allows up to 45 blending cycles on a single charge. It takes about 3 to 5 hours to fully charge the battery.

Can I use the blender while charging?

No. The blender has an automatic lock during charging, which protects the battery and ensures full safety of use.

How does the battery indicator work?

The blender is equipped with a digital LCD display, which in percentage (0-100%) shows the exact state of battery charge.

Can the blender be used as a light water bottle for training?

Yes. After blending the drink, simply flip the device over, unscrew the motor base and wind the included cap to the bottom (“Additional bottom”). You will receive a lightweight water bottle with a wrist strap, without having to carry an engine with you.

What is the fastest way to clean the blender after use?

The device has an auto-cleaning function. Simply pour warm water with a drop of dishwashing liquid into the cup, run BLEND mode for 10 to 15 seconds, and rinse under running water. The motor base must not be submerged in water.

Can the components of the set be washed in the dishwasher?

No, no blender element is dishwasher safe. High temperature and aggressive chemistry destroy the Tritan™ structure and seals. We recommend hand washing.

Are materials safe for health (BPA Free)?

Yes. Both cups are made of high quality Tritan™ completely free of bisphenol A (BPA Free), which is safe in contact with food and does not absorb odors.

What security does the device have?
