Diesel saw - HECHT 962

HECHT 962 is a semi-professional saw with a gasoline engine with a capacity of up to 62 cm3 and a power of 4 hp (3 kW). The engine is equipped with a decompression valve and a high-quality WALBRO carburetor. Thanks to such parameters, the saw is suitable for frequent cutting of the tree, it can handle branches or a lot of firewood without any problems. The device is also suitable for cutting trees and cutting large wooden blocks.

Protective features such as chain brake and metal resistance comb are standard in this device. The saw is equipped with an automatic chain lubrication pump. The lubrication intensity is of course adjustable. HECHT 962 also has a sturdy and comfortable handle made of metal coated with a rubber coating.

Chainsaw is a dangerous tool, so personal protective equipment should be used during work, which includes eye and hearing protectors, work helmet, reinforced footwear, non-cut trousers, work gloves, etc.

Saws manufactured before 2016 are supplied with a 50 cm guide and 3/8" chain, 1,3 mm, 72 links

Since 2017, the saws have been equipped with a 45 cm long guide and are supplied with an OREGON chain in 3/8", 1,5 mm, 64 links.

Since 2021, the saws have been supplied with a 45 cm and 3/8" HECHT guide, 1,5 mm, 68-cell HECHT chain.

The weight of the saw without guide and chain is 6,3 kg.
