The receiver allows wireless audio transmission, e.g. from a smartphone, tablet or laptop with Bluetooth function to all audio devices that do not support the said technology, while the transmitter allows you to transfer audio from MP3 players, laptops, towers or TVs to all headphones and speakers equipped with Bluetooth.

The AC830 model is additionally equipped with SPDIF input/output and fiber optic cable, which allows you to connect all kinds of receivers, etc. This device is extremely versatile and replaces at least a few similar devices sold separately.
