MINERAL B BOIS are solid frying pans with a thickness of 2.5 to 3 mm made of high carbon steel. They do not contain any toxic steel refining additives (they are anti-allergic). The brand new frying pan is covered with natural beeswax to effectively protect it against corrosion. The riveted, solid handle made of steel and beech wood allows the pan to be baked in the oven (up to 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius). The beech wood used for production comes from certified crops. Suitable for all types of hobs - including induction. Made in France.

Instructions for use:

Do not heat an empty pan, warm it up with a little fat before each use.

Before the first use, it is necessary to season the pan.

Rules of care:

After each use, clean without using detergents, rinse with warm water, dry and lightly grease.

Store in a dry place.

Do not wash in the dishwasher.

How to season a pan?

STEP 1: Pour the pan with a thin layer of oil.

STEP 2: Fry the oil until smoke appears, then remove the pan from the heat, pour out the oil and wipe the pan with a paper towel. The pan will acquire a dark color, which means that a layer of carbon patina has been created on it, responsible for not sticking fried products to the pan.
