Instructions for use:

1. Make sure the friction disc is properly latched into the plastic handle.
2. Place the peeler on the mixing knife.
3. In a bowl, weigh 500 g of cold water and 1000 g of raw potatoes.
4. Place the lid and measuring cup on the mixing bowl.
5. Turn the knob to level 1 to start the food processor.
6. Slowly increase the speed until you reach level 4.
