Instructions for use:

1. Make sure the friction disc is properly latched into the plastic handle.
2. Place the peeler on the mixing knife.
3. In a bowl, weigh 500 g of cold water and 1000 g of raw potatoes. Pay attention to the limit of the maximum capacity of the mixing dish.
4. Place the lid and measuring cup on the mixing bowl.
5. Turn the knob to level 1 to start the food processor.
6. Slowly increase the speed until you reach level 4.
7. After 5-8 minutes, check the peeling effect and extend the time if necessary.
8. Pour the contents of the bowl into the appropriate size colander and thoroughly wash the potatoes under running water.

Tips and tricks

• The best peeling effect is achieved with medium-sized potatoes that grow evenly.
• The amount of potatoes can be reduced if necessary, as long as it does not fall below 200g.
