Coconut mat is produced by proper arrangement of fibers derived from coconuts. During production, they are laid evenly and in the appropriate thickness. In the case of our mattresses, we use mats with a height of 1 cm, but nothing prevents us from applying several mats to create a thicker substrate. The fibers themselves are sprayed with a very thin layer of latex milk to ensure their consistency, and at the very end of preparation, the mat is subjected to needle puncture and heat treatment in the press.

📦 How to properly unpack the mattress?

1. Put the rolled mattress on a flat surface – preferably on a bed or floor.
2. Remove the first layer of film (the outer layer). Do this gently so as not to cut the cover.
3. When the mattress develops, cut the vacuum film – preferably with scissors, guiding them flat so as not to damage the cover.
4. The mattress will begin to self-expand and take on air.
5. Leave it flat for 24 to 72 hours to reach full height and hardness.
6. The mattress can be used after it reaches a minimum of 80% of the heightIf the mattress was vacuum packed, it should be opened immediately.

7. Each mattress is produced under your order, so you have a guarantee that the mattresses are not dependent or made of outdated foams. This huge plus can cause a post-production smell to appear for several days that will disappear up to 72H.
