⭐ FROM DESIGN TO PERFECT MATTRESS

Some products are simply made. This one was designed first.

We invited FizjoMommy – an experienced physiotherapist to cooperate, and then for many months together with technologists of one of the most modern in Poland we refined every detail.

We made every design decision with one question in mind:

Would we choose this mattress for our own child?

The result of this cooperation is RÜCKEN x FizjoMommy Lullo19.

Babies are easier than adults to feel the effects of overheating. That’s why we’ve combined the Tencel™ cover, breathable 3D mesh and Air Pro technology, which together support air circulation and help wick away excess moisture.

We used a combination of high elastic Premium HR-50 foam and profiled T25 foam, ensuring adequate support and comfort of use.

Tencel™ cover is naturally antibacterial and anti-allergic, gentle to the touch and effectively wicks away moisture, helping to maintain hygienic sleeping conditions.

Air Pro technology combines vertical ventilation ducts, profiled cartridge and 3D mesh to form one coherent system to support free air flow.

Premium foam HR-50 with a density of 50 kg/m³ has been chosen due to high flexibility and resistance to permanent deformation, thanks to which the mattress retains its properties longer.

From the design to the finished product, the mattress is created in Poland. This allows us to develop solutions in cooperation with experts and take care of high quality of workmanship.

- HR foam with a density of 50 kg/m3 (most manufacturers don't exceed 40 kg/m3 in their most expensive products)

- Tencel™ knit fabric made from natural fibers, which we also quilt with wadding to make it even more comfortable to the touch

Air Pro is a system designed to ensure optimal temperature and sleep hygiene for your child:

1 VERTICAL CHANNELS IN FOAM - pick up excess moisture from the surface of the mattress and provide fresh air to the child's body

2 HORIZONTAL MATTRESS PROFILE - connects vertical channels with cover mesh

3 AERATION MESH - placed in a cover, transmits fresh air and removes moisture to the environment

On the entire one plane of the mattress we sewn aeration mesh.

This is the culmination of the efforts put into the design of mattresses and protectors, which were created in cooperation with an experienced physiotherapist and a leading manufacturer of children's mattresses.

⭐ TENCEL™

Our cover is gentle on the skin Tencel™, which breathes better than cotton (absorbs and gives into the environment as much as 50% more water vapor than cotton).

Tencel provides thermal comfort on cooler nights and cools pleasantly in summer. It is anti-allergic and antibacterial.

Our fabric is nice to the touch and gentle, also for sensitive skin. We especially recommend it to small allergy sufferers.

⭐ PREMIUM FOAM

Mattresses Rücken x FizjoMommy form two species of properly selected foams.

✅ PREMIUM FOAM HR-50 - foam in red. It is highly elastic, has an open cell structure, thanks to which breathes even better. In our mattress has a density of up to 50 kg/m³.

This means that it will not deform permanently even under heavy use.

✅ FOAM T-25 (stiffened) - foam in white. Its purpose is to provide correct and stable support to the body.

Our mattress is medium-hard H2 / H3. Such hardness is recommended by physiotherapists.

The possibility of using two sides minimizes the number of multiplied microorganisms.

⭐ STRAIN GAUGE MAT

When designing the mattress, we used advanced measurement technology from the Canadian company XSENSOR.

A strain gauge mat is a device equipped with numerous sensors that measure pressure forces at various points on the surface of the mattress.

In this way, we are able to assess whether the mattress provides adequate support and comfort.

Safe sleep and rest is a matter of finding balance in the impact of user⇄mattress.

Thanks to the use of the XSENSOR mat, we were able to design a foam profile to eliminate all high stresses arising between the child's body and the mattress.

✅ Strain gauge mats are used exclusively by the most demanding manufacturers of mattresses.

Two mattress hardnesses and a double-sided cover are up to 4 possibilities:

3 Cover with Tencel™ - gentle on the skin, comfortable

4 Mesh 3D - excellent ventilation

⭐ 270° LOCK

Keeping our mattress clean is extremely simple. Safe Zip 270° is a system that allows you to easily remove and put on the cover after washing - gives you the ability to unzip the cover on up to three sides.

In our covers we use the best zippers of the Japanese brand YKK.

This ensures not only smooth operation of the slider, but also a lower risk of breaking it - even after repeated washing. In addition, we sewn the lock reversely - as in very safe sportswear and hid it under the company label. Such a lock minimizes the risk of the zipper being broken and swallowed by the child.

⭐ COVER

✅ Washable at 60°

The cover can be repeatedly machine washed at temperatures up to 60° without losing its properties (bamboo covers can only be washed at 40°).

We guarantee that the cover will not shrink, pill, or change color or appearance.
