Composition and properties of buckwheat husks

Chemically, buckwheat husk has a similar composition as the whole plant: rutin (vitamin P), organic acids, mineral salts. Its composition is dominated by a cellulose-lignine complex, with a large share of tannins, which inhibit the development of mites, arachnids or bacteria, which has an anti-allergic effect. Cellulose-lignine complex absorbs very well and gives off moisture, does not heat up from the natural temperature of the human body.
