• BUTEL LOCK - a system built into the vent, we will not remove the cartridge by draining the pressure from the installation, the cartridge will not fall out during carbon dioxide transfusion.
• TEFLON O-RINGS - O-rings made of high slip material and 50% thicker than the competition. So they do not wear out and chip when assembling and disassembling the cartridge in the socket. In addition, these o-rings are designed to operate at high pressures (up to 200 bar) and in a wide temperature range (from -100°C to +200°C).
• CO2 DISCHARGE HOLE - the hole allows for a controlled co2 discharge from the installation. It should be remembered that liquid co2 has a temperature of -40 ° C and it is very important to have full control over it.

Botla made of high-quality low-carbon steel (34CRM04), thanks to which the filled cylinder weighs only 17,5kg, which allows for free and knotless transport of bottle to a nearby filling station. Filled cylinder is extremely handy thanks to its dimensions, which are ~76,5cm long and ~14cm wide. In addition, we have equipped the co2 cylinder with a protective collar, which allows both carrying and protects the cylinder during use. The cylinder is ideal for filling 425g cartridges (pink and blue) used in water saturators.

• The cylinder contains carbon dioxide in liquid form, therefore its capacity is given in liters or kilograms.
• Depending on the ambient temperature, it has a pressure of 40 to 60 bar. This pressure will remain there until all CO2 evaporates and remains in the cylinder only in the form of gas.
• Co2 in gaseous form in a cylinder can weigh more than 1 kg. Therefore, when filling 425g cartridges, you need to take a correction for this information.
• The only reliable indicator of measuring how much CO2 in a cylinder is weighing it when it is full and subsequent weight control.
