• the yield of coloured/flavored sugar is always slightly less than that of ordinary white sugar, i.e. from the same amount of coloured/flavored sugar a little less wadding will come out than from ordinary sugar
• sugars are dry and loose until we expose them to very humid conditions for a long time without closing

• food colouring (<0.06% - in red/pink sugar E124 (cochineal red) / E122 (azorubine), in yellow E102 (tartrazine), in blue E133 (brilliant blue), in green E133+E102, in orange E110 (sunset yellow), in violet E122+E133, in brown E110+E124 or E155), in black/grey mixture of colours (E102, E110, E104, E151, E122, E132)
• food flavour (< 0,5% - mixture of flavouring substances, maltodextrin, glucose, E414 gum arabic, E440 pectin)

The substances mentioned above are commonly used and added to thousands of different publicly available foods. In our sugar, these are very small amounts representing only 0,15% - 0,56% of the product, depending on the color and taste. However, in the created cotton candy, these are microscopic quantities. Eating many (even a dozen) cotton candies per day made from colored/flavored sugar is in accordance with the norm.

Dyes and aromas comply with Commission Directive 2012/231/EC, standard ZN-96/A-007 and Regulation of the European Parliament No. 1333/2008 and No. 1334/2008. Certificate of conformity HACCP, ISO 9001-2000.
