The highest quality cork allows you to cook large portions of pasta, potatoes or sausages in a mixing dish. During cooking, the heat is evenly distributed, without turning the knife. The stopper is not connected to the Thermomix engine.

Until recently, the only option was to cover the knife with a cover, fortunately there is already an innovative alternative. Unlike a knife guard, the stopper gives you more valuable space. Instead of covering the mixing knife, it is simply replaced by a cap.

This gives 20% more volume in the mixing dish.

Simply remove the knife, insert the cap, and set the Thermomix to your desired program.
