Be careful!

1. Place the stem on the mixing knife in the Thermomix bowl.
2. Put the container on the stem, making sure it adheres well.
3. Place the cutting disc on the mandrel, choosing the right side for slicing or chopping. Be sure to grab the disc by the center – its blades are sharp!
4. Apply the cover and lock it with Thermomix arms.
5. Set the reverse rotation, the trowel time to 1 minute so as not to overfill the container and the speed at the level of "4".
6. Add ingredients to the feeder and gently press them down with a pusher.
7. Once the unit is finished, empty the container and enjoy perfectly sliced vegetables!
