• Standard height 1,5 cm - Ideal for drying mushrooms, herbs, small fruits or vegetables. Trays placed in a standard way ensure optimal airflow and fast, even drying.
• Increased height 3 cm - If you are drying larger pieces, simply flip the trays over. This way you will gain twice as much space between levels. It is ideal for large slices of apples, pineapple pieces or other thicker products.

This simple and practical feature makes the dryer extremely versatile and allows you to dry both small and large pieces of food.

The dryer has a 8-degree temperature control ranging from 35°C to 70°C, which allows to adapt the drying process to different types of food. Whether it is mushrooms, fruits, meat, pasta or herbs, you can adjust them to your preferences using the knob, which allows you to smoothly adjust the temperature in the range of from 35 to 70 degrees Celsius.

Modular design: The dryer can be customized to your specific needs by adding additional trays. This flexible solution enables simultaneous drying of different types of products.
