The foot is a very sensitive area of the body. It is also an accumulation of acupuncture points that correspond to individual organs. This does not mean that you cannot help yourself. Special multi-needle applicators are available, the operation of which is based on the assumptions of Eastern Medicine and the basics of acupuncture. After using the applicator, it is recommended to wash it thoroughly with lukewarm water and liquid soap. Then dry under a stream of warm air, preferably with a dryer.

If discomfort is felt within 10-15 minutes of therapy, the mat should be used again only after 5-10 hours (the next day).
