An undoubted advantage of the BenchK 733B ladder is that each of the additional elements can be removed by one adult. This allows you to adjust the height and use all the possibilities of each element. When turning the pull-up bar, a barbell holder is obtained. The maximum permissible weight of the barbell with load is 200 kg. The BenchK bench does not contain any eco-leather or sponge elements. All back support (as well as a small seat, knee rollers) is a uniform element of integral polyurethane. The bench is double-sided with an additional seat, allowing you to use it for various exercises such as crunches, angle exercises with a barbell or dumbbells, or in a straight position. After attaching a set of exercise tapes to the ladder, we gain the opportunity to exercise with our own weight.
