The basis of the Kraft System construction is a metal, durable up to 200 kg exercise ladder with a height of 247 cm and a pull-up bar with a span of 95 cm and four types of rubberized handles. In addition, the set is equipped with a top and bottom lift fixed by means of a roller mechanism with bearings for steel rope. The set of pull bars and handles included allow you to perform a full range of exercises at home. The ability to adjust the height of the fourth sports ladder from the bottom allows you to adjust the height of mounting on it such additional instruments as: exercise bench, handrails for push-ups or barbell rack.
