With the WM-2409 MC, you get access to 16 preset cooking functions that allow you to process vegetables, fish, meat, cereals or dairy products. Manual settings allow you to freely regulate the temperature, time and pressure level, which gives you the flexibility to adjust the parameters to individual needs. The appliance is designed to replace several other kitchen appliances by offering m.in. the following operating modes:

• Multicooker (Pressure Cooking): The main mode of operation, which significantly reduces heat treatment time, improves the taste of dishes and protects nutritional values, vitamins and minerals. It is perfect for preparing meats, stews, legumes and cereals.
• Slow Cooking: A slow cooking function that allows you to prepare stews and casseroles for up to 9,5 hours. Slow processing brings out the intense flavor of dishes and ensures perfect softness of meats. In non-pressure mode, use the included glass lid.
• Steaming: The built-in steamer function and included grate make it easy to prepare healthy meals. Steaming helps to preserve valuable vitamins and minerals in vegetables and fish.
• Sous Vide: Precise cooking at low temperature allows you to get results known from professional restaurants. The device offers a temperature range from 45°C to 80°C. This mode also works with a glass lid for pressure-free cooking.
• Fryer (Frying): The mode is designed for frying and browning ingredients, which is an ideal step before starting proper pressure cooking.
• Yogurt: The fermentation function allows you to prepare yogurt and other dairy products at home.
