KD10212 is a pneumatic paint gun from KRAFT&DELE designed for spray application of varnishes, acrylic paints and other liquids on various surfaces. The 1,5 mm spire in combination with the 0,8 mm nozzle allows you to work with both aqueous and solvent materials at standard compressor operating pressure.

1,5 mm spire and 0,8 mm nozzle

A spire with a diameter of 1,5 mm determines the flow of material through the gun head. The size of 1,5 mm is an intermediate range – suitable for acrylic lacquers, primers and paints with standard viscosity. The 0,8 mm nozzle specifies the final spray of the jet, reducing splashing and ensuring even coverage.

Adjustable flux width 160 – 230 mm

The flux adjustment knob allows you to change the fan width in the range of 160 to 230 mm. A narrower stream works well when painting details and edges, a wider one when covering large, flat surfaces, such as body panels or furniture.

Two adjustment knobs

The gun is equipped with two independent knobs: one controls the flow of material, the other — the amount of air. Independent adjustment of both parameters allows precise adjustment of the spray to the viscosity of the material used without the need to change the nozzle.

600 ml tank and 1/4" connector

The 600 ml tank reduces the frequency of breaks for replenishing the material when working on larger surfaces. The 1/4" connector is a pneumatic standard that is compatible with most compressor hoses and quick couplers available on the market.

Requirements for the compressor

The KD10212 requires a compressor capable of delivering at least 325 l/min at a pressure of 3,4 to 4,4 bar. Before connecting, it is necessary to verify the volumetric efficiency of your compressor – insufficient air flow results in uneven spraying and the formation of stains.

Selection of a gun for the material — a practical tip

The 1,5 mm spire is designed for materials with viscosity similar to water or slightly crushed varnishes. Denser materials, such as latex paints or liquid putty, require a 1,8 to 2,0 mm spire. Before the first use, it is recommended to check the viscosity of the material with a Ford cup (DIN 4 mm) and possible dilution according to the recommendations of the paint manufacturer.

Use and maintenance

After each painting session, rinse the gun with a suitable solvent (water for acrylic paints, thinner for solvent materials). The spire and nozzle should be disassembled and cleaned separately to prevent material debris from drying out inside the head. Regular lubrication of the spire and tank seal prolongs the life of the tool and prevents air leaks.
