PAINT GUN WITH INTERCHANGEABLE NOZZLES 1,4mm / 1,7mm / 2,0mm

Airbox paint gun designed to apply paint at the right pressure. The pressure generated by the compressor pushes the paint out of the gun through the nozzle and sprays it in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to this, the varnish can be precisely distributed over the surface in very thin layers, reducing the risk of stains. The gun presented at the auction has a replaceable nozzle, so we do not have to invest in 3 separate guns, saving money at the same time. Paint guns are perfect for any body shop, paint shop or home garage.

Low-pressure technology

The gun is made in the HVLP technique, this is an abbreviation for High Volume Low Pressure, which means a large amount of air at the same time low pressure. In the HVLP technique, the material loss is much lower i is up to 30% less than when using a conventional gun, resulting in an efficiency in the range of 65 – 70 %. This results in significantly lower costs of paint materials. The flux obtained from the HVLP gun allows more material to adhere to the part rather than reflect into the atmosphere, which reduces air pollution and waste. For proper operation, HVLP guns need much more efficient compressors air.

The gun is equipped with three adjustments:

• air (setting the amount of material in relation to the air) Air regulation is carried out using an air regulator mounted in front of the gun in the pneumatic network and more precisely using a knob at the bottom of the pistol handle.
• paint (the amount of material ejected) After selecting the appropriate nozzle and product pressure, it is possible to further control the output expenditure by changing the stroke of the spire through the knob located in the back of the body.
• stream (type of paint jet) adjustable by a knob located on the right side of the body. It will control the width of the stream by adjusting the air directed to the corners on the air head. In this way, the air is controlled by air outlets and allows the stream to be changed from flat (wide open) to round (closed).

Interchangeable nozzles

The set includes three nozzle sizes 1,4mm/ 1,7mm/2,0mm. A set of replaceable needles provides us with savings, because instead of investing in 3 different guns, we can simply replace the nozzle. The gun is designed for painting surfaces with waterborne, aryl, metallized, pearl, primer acrylics and spray putty. The larger the diameter, the denser the paints we can paint. Remember, however, that the gun allows you to do the job faster, but at the expense of an increased amount of material.

A 1,4mm nozzle has been installed in the gun, the other nozzle sizes are in the box.

Tank with a capacity of 600ml

The gun has an unscrewable tank with a capacity of 600 ml. Thanks to the use of translucent plastic, you can indicatively check the current level of paint during painting. On the container there is also a scale in milliliters.
