Dnipro-M SF-100 is an electric spray system designed for efficient application of paints and paint materials with viscosity up to 100 DIN. The power of 650 W and capacity up to 1000 ml/min also allow you to work efficiently on larger surfaces, and HVLP technology helps to achieve a controlled spray while reducing excessive material consumption.

A separate blower unit, a gun connected to it by a flexible hose and the ability to adjust the material feeding and air flow allow you to better match the way you work with the paint and painted surface.

Efficiency and spray control

The SF-100 achieves a capacity of up to 1000 ml/min and can be used with materials with a viscosity of up to 100 DIN. This makes it suitable for both rarer and more viscous paint materials. There are two nozzles – 1,8 mm and 2,6 mm – which allow you to choose the configuration for the type of material used.

The spray shape can be set in one of three positions: vertical, horizontal or point. Additional adjustment of material feeding and air flow allows you to control the intensity of spraying and adjust the work to a specific surface. The HVLP system uses a large volume of air at low pressure, helping to achieve even application of the material while reducing its excessive wear.

More convenient longer work and quick cleaning

In the SF-100, the blower unit was separated from the gun and connected to it by a flexible pneumatic hose with a length of 1,8 m. This solution increases the time of continuous operation by 20%, and the shoulder strap allows you to carry the unit more comfortably when painting. The 3,8 m work area increases freedom of movement without the need to move the device frequently.

When finished, the QUICK DISASSEMBLE system simplifies cleaning. Pressing the release button allows you to quickly disconnect the front of the gun, making access to items that need cleaning easier.
