⚪ Cleaning

For several minutes of interruptions in work, it is important to lock the trigger of the gun and immerse the nozzle in a container with the appropriate solvent or water (if you use water-based paints). This will prevent the paint from drying out in the nozzle. Also, do not forget to release the pressure in the device before starting the break.

If the nozzle gets clogged, turn it 180 degrees

from the SPRAY position (arrow pointing towards the gun outlet) to the CLEAN position (arrow in the opposite direction). Then clean the nozzle to remove any blockages. If the problem persists, check the filter located in the handle of the gun—it may also need to be cleaned.

✳ Choosing the right nozzle is extremely easy with us! Here are a few steps to help you make the right choice:

1 The first digit (A) specifies the width of the paint stream, which we call "A". To calculate the width of the stream, it is enough to multiply the first digit by 5 cm. The result will indicate how wide the paint stream will be if the gun is 30 cm from the painted surface. This can be written as:

Stream width = A x 5 cm

Example: If the first digit "A" is 5, the stream width is: Stream width = 5 x 5 cm = 25 cm.

This means that by holding the gun 30 cm from the surface, we will get a stream with a width of 25 cm.

2 The last two digits (B) refer to the size of the nozzle hole and the type of paint that can be applied. The larger the number, the denser the paint that the nozzle can handle. For example, the nozzle "517" means the jet width of 25 cm and the nozzle hole diameter of 0,017 inches.
