What work and paints is the Dinopower X32 paint sprayer suitable for?

• Walls and interior ceilings – acrylic, latex and dispersion paints, as well as primers and soils used in painting apartments, houses and utility objects.

Smart Control – electronic pressure control system

Dinopower X32 is an airless paint sprayer equipped with the Smart Control system, i.e. electronic pressure regulation, which maintains a stable paint stream without pulsation. Thanks to this, you get even coverage of walls and ceilings, less material consumption and better finish quality – without the need to constantly adjust settings. Smart Control also facilitates work on changing painting materials and increases the comfort of work.

Brushless motor – durability and stable operation of the Dinopower X32 unit

The Dinopower X32 model is equipped with a brushless motor, which provides even higher durability and stability of the device. Compared to classic brush motors, it is more durable, quieter and more resistant to wear, which translates into longer unit life and less need for servicing.

Thanks to its design, it also allows you to work with solvent-based paints.

Ceramic piston – durability for years

The Dinopower X32 is equipped with a ceramic piston that provides resistance to wear and corrosion.

Ceramics are characterized by low friction and high chemical resistance, thanks to which the pump maintains stable pressure and tightness even after intense several hundred hours of operation.

This solution translates into lower wear of seals and longer service life of the entire pumping system, which is crucial in the daily work of professional contractors.

3-stage filtration in a paint aggregate

How to choose the right nozzle for a paint sprayer?

Choosing the right nozzle is the basis for effective and economical work. For wall and interior paints, low-pressure nozzles (LP/FF) are usually used, which are characterized by lower paint consumption and limited spraying. For facades, soils, protective coatings and denser materials, high-pressure nozzles of larger sizes are selected, ensuring stable flow and performance over large surfaces.

Too small nozzle causes splashing and uneven coverage, and too large – excessive material consumption and load on the device.

Important information about use

Before using the aggregate, check whether the selected paint is suitable for airless spraying. You can find this information in the product technical data sheet from the chemical manufacturer. In the case of materials with a high degree of filling (density above 1,4 g/cm³) and high viscosity, make sure that the selected unit has the right performance and the right tooling.

Do not dilute the paint before application. The product should be thoroughly mixed and prepared according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Excessive dilution can make it difficult to obtain the correct working pressure, as well as negatively affect the adhesion and appearance of the coating. Only some manufacturers allow paint to be diluted to a minimum extent — usually between 1 and a maximum of 5%.
