The 5" diamond rod is a original replacement for the Lansky Deluxe sharpener diamond rod, which can also be used to expand the ceramic sharpening system Lansky Turn Box, thanks to which we will have a wider spectrum of sharpening knives and tools.

To prolong the life of diamond sharpeners, remember not to apply too much force to the sharpening process, thanks to which the diamond coating will wear off more slowly.

Each diamond sharpener, over time, loses its sharpening properties due to the gradual abrasion of the diamond coating. Therefore, when sharpening on a whetstone of this type, remember not to put a lot of force into this process.

Grinding on a diamond sharpener should be carried out using minimal force, under the weight of the knife itself. After use, pre-clean the diamond whetstone with a nylon brush, then wash in warm water with the addition of a delicate detergent.

Diamond embankment rods with a gradation of 600 are designed for sharpening highly hardened steel with high hardness, e.g. CPM-S30V, M390, Elmax, as well as faster sharpening of steel with lower hardness.

The LRD5F diamond rod is a original replacement for the Lansky brand, which allows expansion of the Lansky Turn Box sharpener.
