The electric slicer from the Profi Line by Hendi is a professional equipment intended for cutting into equal slices of various types of cured meat, meat and cheese (using a Teflon knife). It will work well in restaurants, eateries, canteens and mass catering points as well as at home. The device has a CE certificate and meets the requirements of the Sanepid.

The casing of the slicer is made of anodized aluminum, thanks to which the device is light but corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Non-slip feet ensure adequate stability during work.

The beveled blade with a diameter of 250 mm made of hardened stainless steel will easily cut even hard meat. It has a cover and a built-in sharpener . For cutting cheese, we recommend purchasing an additional blade with a Teflon coating (H975749).

The slicer enables stepless adjustment of the slicing thickness in the range from 0 to 15 mm . The trolley has a protective cover, a vertical lock and a clamp that will allow for stable support of products with a diameter of up to about 180 mm. The carriage can only be removed with the blade in the 0 position.

The 320 W motor is protected against overheating . The device is also equipped with a microswitch to prevent it from being activated when the sharpener or the blade cover is removed.
