The interior of the pot from the GRANT line has been covered with a licensed COOKMARK Marble coating created by the renowned PFLUON brand. This modern speckled structure is characterized by exceptional non-stick properties. It allows you to fry, stew and cook food using a minimum amount of fat, which is crucial for maintaining full nutritional value. The smooth surface ensures that food residue does not stick to the bottom, and the fat does not penetrate the structure of the material.

The great advantage of our GRANT pot is its unique construction – the side ears of the dish are cast from one piece of aluminum together with the entire body. The lack of plastic or wooden elements means that you can easily put the pot in the oven and use it as a classic pan for baking meats, vegetables or pasta. To make it easier to operate the dish on a classic cooktop, the set includes two matching gray silicone pads, which you can quickly slide onto the ears of the pot, isolating your hands from high temperature.

The vessel body is made of thick cast aluminum, which ensures perfect stability and resistance to thermal deformation. This design brilliantly accumulates energy – the pot heats up quickly and evenly distributes heat from the bottom to the very edges, so that the dishes cook evenly and do not cool down quickly when combined with the burner. 1. Are the silicone handles from the set permanently or only for carrying?

➡ Silicone pads are fully removable. When cooking on an induction or gas hob, it is worth having them put on the ears of the pot to hold it freely. However, before putting the pot in the preheated oven, remove the silicone pads – high temperature could affect their structure (the pot itself and the glass lid easily withstand temperatures up to 220°C).

2. What kitchen utensils should I use so as not to damage the marble coating?

➡ In order for the technologically advanced COOKMARK coating to retain its unique Non-Stick properties for many years, we recommend using kitchen utensils made of wood, silicone or soft plastic. It is absolutely necessary to avoid sharp metal forks or spoons that could spot scratch the structure of marble.

3. Is a pot with a non-stick coating dishwasher safe?

➡ Yes, the materials used to make the GRANT pot are suitable for washing in automatic dishwashers. However, it is worth remembering that aggressive chemistry of washing tablets can affect the glow of the outer coating after a long time. Thanks to its excellent non-stick properties, it takes just a moment to wash the pot by hand with a simple, soft sponge with dishwashing liquid.
