Cutter for large format boards Raimondi Raizor MK. II

• Large format tile cutting system up to 336 cm (451 cm with

optional extension), lightweight (5,4 kg) and easy to transport.

• RAIZOR MkII consists of:

- 2 guides with a cutting length of 160 cm each and 336 cm when combined.

- cutting trolley made of die-cast aluminum, equipped with

Titanium wheel Ø 20 mm, wheel with integrated bearing and calibrated

high-strength steel screw;

- tile breaker with a thickness of 3 to 12 mm;

- packed in a bag.

• the trolley moves on the guide thanks to 3 rollers.

• the cutting trolley is designed to carry all the pressure exerted

by the operator on the board, without any restrictions and without losses caused

mechanical interference.

• 20 mm diameter titanium coated cutting wheel is equipped with

integrated bearing and is mounted on a calibrated steel screw o

high strength; this guarantees maximum smoothness, exceptional

precision and efficiency of cutting and easy and quick replacement.

• Rails are made of extruded aluminum. Each rail is equipped

in 3 two-lip rubber suction cups Ø 95 mm, which gives a total of 6 suction cups.

They do not stain and are even suitable for structural tiles.

• Suction cups, in addition to being very useful when measuring cutting, which

is to be made, prevent the Raizor MkII from moving during

notching, which ensures maximum precision and efficiency. Moreover,

suction cups (placed in the middle of an aluminium rod/chain)

prevent the rail from tipping over and/or moving during undercutting,

which ensures maximum precision and efficiency in any situation. Thanks to this

tiles of considerable thickness.

• Distance between incision line and aluminum rail: 20 mm. Allows for

• Each suction cup comes with a release latch that can be

• Suction cup holders make a 180° movement so as not to interfere with the trolley
