❗ Important information after opening the carton

Immediately after opening the carton, the Christmas tree may appear more green than white. This is due to the way it is folded and secured during transport.

Snow plating takes place during production with a folded tree. A layer of artificial snow is applied primarily from the top and to the outside of the twigs. Their bottom can remain green and be visible when the Christmas tree is folded. After unfolding and turning the twigs with the snowy side upwards, the tree will get the right white look.

🌿 The Christmas tree should be carefully modeled

Modeling should start from the lower parts, spreading each twig individually in different directions. Then you need to form the middle part, sides and tip. Accurate distribution of twigs is necessary to achieve the full shape and proper snow effect.

At the first deployment, a small amount of artificial snow may fall. This is a natural effect of the production process and is not a defect of the Christmas tree.
