• Check if you have received the correct amount of product purchased.

A) INSTALLATION ON HARD SURFACES (e.g. gres, concrete)

1. Thoroughly clean the substrate of sand and debris.
2. Spread the grass and cut it according to the required dimension.

B) INSTALLATION ON HARDENED SURFACES (e.g. earth, sand)

🌿IF THE GRASS FALLS AFTER UNPACKING:

After unpacking the grass, it may happen that you notice a slight falling of blades along the edges – this is normal and results from the cutting process during production. Just sweep or vacuum them, and the phenomenon will subside after a short time. This does not mean that the grass is damaged or loses its fleece.

🌿IF THE ARTIFICIAL GRASS IS FLAT WHEN UNROLLED:

You get artificial grass in a roll, with the fleece facing inwards. The longer the fleece, the more likely it is to be slightly flattened. To restore its full shape, it is enough to gently comb it. Give her a moment to rest and take on her original look.

🌿THE HEIGHT / THICKNESS OF THE GRASS DIFFERS FROM THE ONE GIVEN IN THE OFFER:

The actual height of the grass may look lower than specified in the parameters, because the measurement carried out by the manufacturer is carried out using specialized tools. At home, when measuring yourself, the grass may appear lower. The dimensions given are in accordance with the manufacturer's declaration, and the height of the fleece is measured on individual "hair" or "needles". It is worth noting that the fleece does not stand perfectly vertically, and its natural feature is gentle laying and falling, which is completely normal.

🌿MAXIMUM LENGTH OF GRASS ROLL - CHECK

If you order a quantity exceeding the length of one roll (in running meters), by default you will receive a full roll and an additional sheet. Check in the product parameters how many running meters fit on one roll of a given grass. (usually it is 20,25,30 running meters ) For example, if you order 35 mb, you can get 30 mb + 5 mb, which is in line with our standards.

Remember that the way grass sheets are laid affects its appearance. If you put two sheets next to each other, with the rune facing in different directions, there may be differences in grass tones. For a uniform color, make sure that the fleece in the adjacent sheets is directed in the same direction.

CARE OF ARTIFICIAL GRASS

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to cut grass from width, we can only cut it from length to ordered size. Any additional cuts, both in width and length, can be made on your own after unfolding the grass. For this purpose, a wallpaper cutter or sharp scissors are enough.

The softness of the grass is a matter of individual feelings, which can vary from person to person. What will be pleasantly soft for one person can be perceived differently for another. Surfaces made of heat-welded paper are not recommended as the best substrate for the installation of artificial grass. It is best to mount on a hard, even and smooth ground, which is e.g. concrete. You can mount artificial grass on the pap, but keep in mind that the adhesive can stick to the grass primer under the influence of temperature. To avoid direct contact of grass with the pap, it is recommended to use a primer in the form of black agrotextile. It acts as a separating layer, protecting the grass from possible sticking to the adhesive.

• Is artificial grass suitable for use on the sports field?

The artificial grasses available in our offer are mainly intended for landscape applications and are characterized by parameters suitable for use in home and garden conditions. Although they are resistant to extreme weather conditions and UV radiation, their properties do not meet the requirements of sports fields.
