• Order only full square meters. 1m2 = 1 piece on allegro.
• If the width of the grass in the offer is 2m, then one side will always be 2m.
• The dimensional tolerance is +/- 2% of the given width and length.
• Accurately measure the surface on which you will lay the artificial grass.
• Include a 10% reserve (in case of slight discrepancies in the dimensions of the substrate).
• Remember to confirm the size of the grass you are ordering in the notes after purchase.
• We do not cut artificial grass across the width of the roll - the width is always constant.
• You receive artificial grass in a roll, with the pile facing inwards. The longer the pile, the greater the likelihood that it will be slightly flattened after unfolding.

MAXIMUM LENGTH OF GRASS ROLL

Check the maximum length of the grass roll declared by the manufacturer (usually 20, 25, 30 running meters (lm)). Remember that if you order a quantity exceeding the length of one roll, you will receive a full roll and an additional, shorter sheet. For example, if you order 35 lm, you may receive 30 lm + 5 lm, which is in accordance with our standards.

ACCESSORIES

• Double-sided tape 30mm and 50mm is used to glue the corners and edges of the grass to a hard surface.
• Single-sided tape for joining two sheets of grass.
• Agrofiber 1.1x10m and 1.6x10m is ideal for spreading on hardened surfaces, preventing weeds from growing through.
• Mounting pins allow you to attach the grass to hardened surfaces.

LAYING GRASS SHEETS

• If you lay two sheets next to each other with a different pile direction, there may be differences in the shades of the grass.

BEFORE ASSEMBLY - APPEARANCE INSPECTION

Important, before proceeding with assembly, be sure to verify:

• Check that the roll of artificial grass has not been damaged during transport.
• Check if you have received the correct amount of product purchased.
• Once unrolled, no manufacturing defects should be visible.
• If you have reservations about the received roll, so-called. there will be visible transport damage despite the security, please write down the Acceptance Protocol with the Carrier. This is the basis for reporting the advertisements.

IF THE GRASS FALLS AFTER UNPACKING

• If the grass falls apart after unpacking, don’t worry. These are loose blades left after cutting grass on the machine, which is a normal phenomenon and will subside over time. Simply sweep or vacuum the loose fleece. Grass is full-fledged, does not lose fleece.

WHEN THERE MAY BE DIFFERENCES IN GRASS TONES

• Grass may vary in shade depending on the batch of production. If you order an item within a time interval, we cannot guarantee that it will come from the same batch, which may result in minimal variations in shades.

THE HEIGHT / THICKNESS OF THE GRASS DIFFERS FROM THE ONE GIVEN IN THE OFFER

• We provide data in accordance with the manufacturer's declaration. The length of the fleece is measured for individual tufts/needles. The fleece never stands perfectly upright and it is natural that it lays gently. To the length of the fleece is usually added 2 mm thick primer. The length of the grass is measured by the manufacturer in specialized conditions, and home methods of measuring can give different results. We guarantee that the technical data are in accordance with the parameters from the manufacturer.

IF THE GRASS IS FLAT WHEN UNROLLED

• If the grass is flat after unpacking, simply comb it and wait for it to get the right look. The content of polyethylene in the composition of grass guarantees the elasticity of the bristles. Thanks to this, the grass, despite the fact that it bends, returns to its original appearance.

REGULAR CARE OF ARTIFICIAL GRASS

Artificial grass does not require complicated care treatments. From time to time you need to refresh or comb. Artificial grass after unfolding no longer requires any financial contribution.

• Dust and atmospheric pollutants - Rinse with water.
• Stain - Rinse with water. In case this is insufficient, use warm water with vinegar or soap. For thorough cleaning of the grass, it is recommended to use a cloth, mop or brush with soft bristles. Hard to wash stains, e.g. After oil, they may require professional cleaning of the grass through a specialized company.
• Plantiness [leaves, weeds] - Manually, using a rake with soft tips, pruning shear (weeds), or using a leaf blower.
• Animal feces - Remove feces into a bag and rinse the residue with water. In case of unpleasant odors, rinse with water and vinegar or soap.
• Removing chewing gum - Freeze the gum using e.g. aerosol ice, ice cubes, then remove the frozen rubber from the grass.
• Other recommendations - Avoid extinguishing and throwing cigarettes on artificial grass.
• WE RECOMMEND VACUUMING THE GRASS AFTER UNFOLDING.

A) INSTALLATION ON HARD SURFACES (e.g. stoneware, concrete)

1. Thoroughly clean the substrate of sand and debris.
2. Spread the grass and cut it according to the required dimension.
3. On joints, use double-sided bituminous connecting tape.
4. Glued grass fragments will weigh for about 2 hours to ensure the durability of the joints.

B) INSTALLATION ON HARDENED SURFACES (e.g. land, sand)

1. Lay the geotextile, on a flat and hardened substrate, to ensure stability and protection from weeds.
2. Spread the grass.
3. Tap to size.
4. If you need, use a single-sided connecting tape on the joints.
5. Spread the combined grass fragments (maximum spacing on the joints of grass fragments is 4mm).
6. Keep the grass on the joints.
7. For better attachment, use mounting pins.

Our grasses are available in specific roll widths, usually 2 m or 4 m but also 1m; 1,33m and 3m. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to cut grass from the width, we can only cut it from the length to the ordered size. Any additional cuts, both in width and length, can be made on your own after the grass is unfolded. For this purpose, a wallpaper cutter or sharp scissors are enough.

• ·Is the grass soft?

The softness of the grass is a matter of individual feelings, which can vary from person to person. What will be pleasantly soft for one person can be perceived differently for another. Especially in children who may be more responsive to touch. It is also worth getting acquainted with the opinions of other users – they often contain additional information that can help in assessing whether the product will meet expectations.

• Is artificial grass safe for children and animals?

• ·Should the grass be secured or rolled up for the winter?

Grass does not require special protection, because it is resistant to low temperatures and extreme weather conditions. It can be freely disassembled and used outdoors all year round, without worrying about losing its properties.

• ·Are artificial grasses resistant to UV radiation?

Yes. Grasses are resistant to solar radiation. Grasses have a guarantee of UV stability granted by manufacturers, up to 8 years, depending on the type of product. Continuous exposure of grass to the sun does not affect its properties.

• Can we put artificial grass on papa?

Surfaces made of heat-welded paper are not recommended as the best substrate for the installation of artificial grass. It is best to mount on a hard, even and smooth ground, which is e.g. concrete. You can mount artificial grass on the pap, but keep in mind that the adhesive can stick to the grass primer under the influence of temperature. To avoid direct contact of grass with the pap, it is recommended to use a primer in the form of black agrotextile. It acts as a separating layer, protecting the grass from possible sticking to the adhesive.

• Is artificial grass suitable for use on the sports field?

The artificial grasses available in our offer are mainly intended for landscape applications and are characterized by parameters suitable for use in home and garden conditions. Although they are resistant to extreme weather conditions and UV radiation, their properties do not meet the requirements of sports fields. For such applications, we recommend choosing specialized sports grasses that have appropriate certificates and technical parameters.
